OUR PROJECTS

Ventura has a portfolio of projects in Venezuela to support children and women in the areas of education, health, and entrepreneurship. We invite you to learn about both the ongoing projects and those were able to successfully complete.

  • Nutrition

    Sustainable School Kitchens Lara State

This project aims to combat child malnutrition and promote school attendance by providing daily lunches for children. Additionally, it teaches agricultural skills through the restoration of school gardens.
Ventura is actively seeking donors to sponsor at least 100 children. With $30, we can feed a child for a month.

  • Child Protection

    Hope Children’s Home
    Miranda State

This institution provides permanent or temporary shelter to around 15 children. Ventura assists in securing donations to cover food, healthcare, education, and maintenance costs.
The goal is to expand the donor network and support for this institution to ensure the delivery of all necessary services.

  • Nutrition

    Nutritional Recovery Project Caracas

The Nutritional Recovery project is a comprehensive program focused on addressing malnutrition in newborns, infants and breastfeeding mothers. Through the distribution of milk and specialized foods, along with educational workshops for the mothers, the program improves participant’s nutrition and promotes sustainable healthy eating habits. Thanks to Ventura’s support through fundraising efforts, this program can reach more families in need of this essential support.

  • Menstrual poverty

Estela - Completed 9 States of Venezuela

Estela is Meals4Hope’s project, supported by Days for Girls and Ventura, aimed at addressing menstrual poverty in 9 states across Venezuela. By providing washable menstrual kits and conducting menstrual health workshops, over 5,000 women in Venezuela have been empowered to overcome menstrual poverty.
